- Deep Tissue Massage

- Esalen® Massage
- This holistic style of bodywork integrates slow strokes that encompass the whole length of the body, and includes classical Swedish, deep tissue and passive joint movements. Typical results are freer joint movements, stress reduction, renewed energy and a sense of being more grounded in oneself. Can only be performed by a practitioner trained by the Esalen Institute.
